Deployment Guide

DisplaySync is image-first: you build a Windows kiosk image once, capture it with Sysprep, and deploy that image to every thin client you ship to a venue. The dashboard is for operating signs, not configuring them — by the time a sign reaches the show floor, everything that can be wrong with it should already be impossible.

This section is sequential. The Windows image guide especially: each page assumes the previous one is done. Skim Hardware and Network first to make sure your fleet is buildable, then start the image build.

New to DisplaySync deployments?

Read the Best Practices overview before building your image. It explains why the deployment looks the way it does — image-first, parallel deployment, freeze windows — and saves you from re-litigating decisions when something feels surprising.
